Weekly Rate: $650

$100 Holding Deposit ( This will be deducted off the rental fee ) Not refundable.
$500 security deposit is required at time of pick-up. ( this will be refunded at returned if all looks good)
$60 cleaning deposit is required as well.( cash is recommended )

LOCAL delivery (within 25K) is a valuable service as you will be able to relax knowing that all of the hooking up, towing, setting up and complete fold down of the trailer is taken care of. You will save 4-6 hours of your vacation time depending on your destination.
LOCAL DELIVERY (within 25K): $150.00

I expedite this process without sacrificing safety. We still need to have the tow vehicle backed up and to lock the coupler on the trailer. We need to have Chains attached, wiring corrosponding to the trailer’s lights, post jack cranked up, and final checking of the unit by walking around and noting everything is secure.
I try to make this aspect a pleasant experience for everyone, including me. We will be going through the entire set up /fold down, including lighting of all appliances. I find on average this takes approx. 35 minutes. Other times it takes as little as 15 minutes. Lots of people have some previous knowledge of RV’s. This makes the demo smoother and quicker. I just don’t explain as much. I get a kick out of the interest shown by people who have little, if any, experience with tent trailers. I answer a lot of questions quickly as we proceed through the trailer demo. Mostly just setting up the trailer and doing the necessary simple steps seems to assist people in their understanding.
DEPOSITS & SURCHARGES
Other fees and required deposits include the following
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the trailer for the dates requested.
A $500 damage deposit is required (refunded on return of undamaged trailer)
A $60 CASH cleaning deposit required, (refunded on return of clean trailer)
A $50 surcharge required for every province or state traveled, (This is in lieu of recording mileage)
A $30 fee is required for full propane bottle, (you must request this option at time of booking, Otherwise it’s “luck of the draw”)
Completing the Short RENTAL FORM and finalizing the financial transaction requires some personal information ie: Complete name and address; driver’s license number; plate # ; phone numbers. The fees for the balance of the rental is paid at this time. Also the two deposits for damage and cleaning are received. You will receive a receipt for the cash portion of this transaction.
